Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during night shift operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow for efficiency and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Train and develop staff on new procedures and equipment
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Ensure OSHA and company safety protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Forklift and pallet jack operation skills
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
