Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems and automation tools
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with day shift management
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Generate shift reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (Manhattan, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
