Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations and staff
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on equipment usage
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Manage inventory counts and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
