Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10+ night shift team members to achieve daily performance targets
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory tracking systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
