Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and coordinate cross-departmental logistics
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement targeted improvement strategies
- Manage equipment operation forklifts, scanners) and maintain facility security protocols
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of critical processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with rotating weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
