Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards in all work areas
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Manage inventory control and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and operational challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic Excel and reporting experience
