Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift warehouse associates during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain workplace compliance
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement process improvements to boost overnight efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer service issues during off-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background in logistics
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license
