Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of cross-dock shipments
- Train and develop team members on WMS operations
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven approaches
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Experience with cross-dock operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
