Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- OSHA and safety compliance knowledge
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to start within 7 days
