As a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee 15+ team members, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Our Albuquerque facility operates 24/7, and we need your expertise to maintain peak productivity during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment accuracy >99.5%
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
