Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift staff including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations ensuring 99.8% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transition
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3rd shift environment
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
