Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track stock levels and update digital records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
