Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete detailed documentation and reports using digital tracking systems
- Uphold OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in inventory management
- Proficient in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
