Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Stock Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to facilitate seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
