Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments efficiently using scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management software
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
