Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and training.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies using the WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with efficiency and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
