Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management and cycle counting using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for material handling
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
