As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently during our high-volume operational hours.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping and delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
