Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and data entry to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges.
- Follow standard operating procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
