Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Load and unload trailers and trucks, adhering to strict weight and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
