Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM (San Jose) or 11 PM - 7 AM (Austin)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for forklift operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
