Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the recycling and disposal of waste materials.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
