Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with the night team to meet daily targets.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and optimize daily workflow efficiency.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work Monday through Friday (varied schedules).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
