Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all shift operations
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
- Support quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
