Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with precision and safety
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
