Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pick, Pack, and Stage merchandise accurately according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Monitor Inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a Clean Work Environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Load and Unload Trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to meet daily production goals and quality assurance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
