Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
- Maintain organized workstations and contribute to 5S methodology implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule, including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
