Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, scanning, and storage using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day shipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace per safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production goals
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
