Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning accuracy
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work zones
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Document workflow data and report equipment malfunctions
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with flexible weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
