Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Adapt to flexible work schedules and changing operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
