Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain warehouse machinery (forklifts, conveyor systems)
- Process and sort packages during peak night shift hours
- Conduct quality control inspections and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report malfunctions
- Support inventory management and cycle counting
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/industrial experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends if required
- Pass background check and drug screening
