Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (for remote work).
