Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and email during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Monitor system health and proactively alert the engineering team to potential outages.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service for our clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping customers informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
