Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and manage all incoming support tickets in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and common technical procedures.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm demeanor under pressure.
