Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor system performance and alerts to proactively resolve potential downtime before it impacts clients.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming support tickets with speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overlap hours to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Conduct nightly system audits and security checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
