- Supervise and coordinate night shift operations across multiple departments
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards

- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover
- Conduct quality assurance checks and documentation
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and perform light physical tasks
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
