Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staff assignments and ensure optimal coverage
- Monitor patient care protocols and safety procedures
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Conduct shift handovers and documentation reviews
- Train and mentor new night shift team members

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare experience required
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Current RN or LPN license in NC
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills

- Proficient in electronic health record systems
