- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Coordinate inventory management, loading/unloading, and quality control processes

- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory roles with night shift experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently under pressure during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
