Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts with a focus on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Provide patient and family education to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environments
- Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional judgment capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency, Epic experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
