Responsibilities
- Oversee 40+ person night shift operations with daily production targets of 10,000+ units
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-incident safety culture
- Train and mentor production staff on advanced machinery operation
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage inventory control and optimize supply chain workflows
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, with 2+ years night shift experience
- Strong background in CNC machining, automation, or assembly line supervision
- OSHA 30 certification and Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production analytics
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure, autonomous environments
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
- Must be available for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Technical degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
