Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production lines and machinery during night shifts to ensure continuous operation.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks and log production data accurately.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions or operational issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
- Conduct shift handovers with the incoming day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is preferred but not required.
