Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery and assembly lines during the night shift to ensure continuous workflow.
- Perform quality control inspections on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care, ensuring proper inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
