Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in real-time.
- Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and optimization of warehouse layout.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Must be available to work night shifts consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
