Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor server health and system alerts to proactively prevent downtime.
- Perform routine system backups and patch management during low-traffic hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations for incoming staff.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
