As a Night Shift Customer Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our solutions. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to ensure seamless service continuity and issue resolution.
- Manage customer accounts and accurately update CRM systems with detailed notes.
- Identify recurring issues in customer feedback and escalate them to the product or engineering team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Business preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical help desk, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a basic understanding of SaaS platforms or computer hardware.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
