Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions and continuity.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
