What You Will Do
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Accurately enter and verify customer data into our CRM systems.
- Resolve complex issues with patience and professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform routine system maintenance and data auditing tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or call center operations.
- Proven ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
