We are looking for people who want to make a difference and are available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and script guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong typing skills (40+ wpm) and proficiency with computers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
