Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and team of 15+ technicians
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor quality control metrics and address production bottlenecks
- Collaborate with engineering team for process improvements
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance data
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma; technical degree or certification preferred
