Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records using our WMS system.
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Process freight bills and manage shipping documentation accurately.
- Monitor shipment performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and WMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
